Terms and Conditions - Fielder Adventure Holidays - Active Adventure Holidays in The UK, Sweden & Spain

1. NB: Where you are part of a large group booking - those items pertaining to payment will not be relevant to you as an individual - and should be ignored.
2. The Party First Name will ensure that ALL members of their party have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions, before agreeing to them on their party member's behalf.
3. Following an on-line provisional booking, an email containing the details, and how to pay, will be sent to the Party First Name within 24 hours. A 20% non-returnable deposit (unless requested to pay the full amount in the booking confirmation email) is to be paid within 3 days of this email to secure the booking. The full amount must be paid two months before departure otherwise Fielder Adventure Holidays Ltd reserves the right to resell the holiday. If a booking is made less than two months before departure the full amount is to be paid within 3 days of the booking confirmation email and no cancellation refunds can be made after this date.
4. No refund can be made, should you choose not to participate in any activity. We will, however, endeavour to suggest alternatives, and help, where we can. All activities are, to a certain extent, weather dependant. For safety reasons we cannot guarantee a specific program of activities, and no refund can be given should any activity be cancelled due to safety reasons. We will, of course, arrange as exciting and interesting program of activities as is safe to do so.
5. If, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, Fielder Adventure Holidays Ltd is unable to provide the holiday, and has to cancel prior to the start date, a full refund will be made and Fielder Adventure Holidays Ltd will have no further liability.
6. Your personal information will be used only in connection with Fielder Adventure Holidays Ltd and will not be passed to any third parties for any other reason. It will be used to contact you regarding this, and future, Fielder Adventure holidays. You can, of course, request to be removed from our mailing list, at any time, by emailing Chris Fielder.
7. The holidays are intended for adults (ie over 18 years of age). Many of the activities will end in a visit to a public house, where alcohol can only be served to over 18's and there is often a restriction on under 18's entering the bar. Some pubs allow 16 year olds in the bar, to consume soft drinks only. We will accept over 16's year olds on our holidays but, they must be accompanied by their guardian at all times, their guardian must take full responsibility for them on ALL activities, and they must pay the full adult rate.
8. There is no safe available for valuables and it is recommended that these be left at home. Should you choose to bring items of value these remain your own responsibility and we recommend you take adequate insurance to cover their loss or damage.
9. You are not insured by Fielder Adventure Holidays for cancellation, loss of baggage, personal accident etc. and we recommend you speak with you own insurance broker to ensure you have sufficient cover for these eventualities.
10. It is essential that we are informed of any medical condition that may affect any party member's ability to participate in any of the activities.
11. Whilst all activities are run by suitably experienced staff, and the safety of our clients is, of course, of primary importance, all clients consent to their participation (and/or consent to the participation of any under 18's in their care) in the activities, as arranged, understand and accept the potential dangers (for further information visit The British Mountaineering Council and The British Caving Association's websites), and indemnify Fielder Adventure Holidays Ltd and it's employees from all liability howsoever caused.
12. For the comfort of non-smoking guests and staff, smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the accommodation buildings. You are, of course, welcome to smoke outside.
