Coastal Walk - Tarifa Adventure
"God måde at starte ugen på."
Along the coast Costa De La Luz, west from Tarifa the
beach stretches for 15 km to Punta Paloma where there are some of
Europes most impressive sand dunes. The walk is mainly deserted except
for the sea-birds, the sand, the sea and the hills - and luckily the
occasional beach bar.
There are, of course, numerous opportunities for a
swim and more unusually - a place for a mud bath! The special mud is
said to have healing and beauty properties - and you are welcome to try
it out.
The coastal walk is an ideal way to get a feel for the
area and prepare your muscles for a more adventurous hike later in the
week.
