| The
Peak District Great Britain has thousands of
mountains, many over 1000m. The highest in the Peak District is Kinder
Scout at 632m.
We will take you on guided mountain walks with fantastic views over the most spectacular
landscapes in the area. Along rivers and past waterfalls, following
dramatic cliff edges, and in and out of some of the strangest rock
formations sculpted by the elements into Devils, Anvils and Pagodas.
No previous experience is necessary, just a reasonable
level of fitness, a good pair of boots and the enthusiasm to take
whatever the weather throws at us. This could be anything from hot, calm
and sunny, to so misty you can just see your own feet, to raining, and
winds so strong the waterfalls go up instead of down - and sometimes
this is all on the same day! But always remember, the worse the weather,
the better the first beer tastes.
