belief - in your instructor, your equipment and most of all yourself.
Being in control of your mind is even more important than being in
control of your arms and legs.
Getting to the
top, sitting back, relaxing and admiring the beautiful view over the
river valley, is one of the best feelings in the world. Do this once,

Your instructor has introduced thousands of people to
their first go at climbing. All climbs are on known, graded routes and
we will ensure that the climbs are suited to your ability.
